Maria Aragon Releases Her Debut Album
Maria Aragon, the eleven-year-old Filipino-Canadian singer famous for her rendition of Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way,” has released her self-titled debut album under Star Records.
In her @mariiiaofficial Twitter account, Maria Aragon Tweeted, “Thank you for everybody’s support and love. Because of you I am now here in the Philippines and signed under Star Records!”
Her debut album is composed of “Born This Way” as her carrier single and with songs, “You’re My Home,” “I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing,” “Follow Your Dream,” “Can’t Smile Without You,” “Kung Bubuksan Mo Lang Ang Puso,” and “One Hope, One Dream.”
She first promoted her self-titled debut album at “ASAP ROCKS” wherein she performed with Sarah Geronimo. She also appeared at the concert of Yeng Constantino and did a duet with the former “Pinoy Dream Academy” champion.
Internet Sensation Maria Aragon became well-known after sharing the stage with Lady Gaga at her Toronto concert last March. She made television appearances in “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in Los Angeles, “Good Morning America” in New York, and at a Canada Day celebration, she performed before British Royal Couple, Prince William and Kate Middleton and a crowd of 300,000.
For those who can’t wait any longer, Maria Aragon shall be out in the metro for a series of Promotional Mall tours, August 28- SM Mall of Asia, and September 4- SM Megamall.
