Even with a bun in the oven, Beyoncé can still bring it. After leaving us wanting more with the teaser of "Countdown" on Monday (Oct 3), Beyoncé premieres the full-length video tonight (Oct. 6) on MTV and MTV.com.
"Countdown," directed by Adira Petty and Beyoncé, begins with Queen B counting down her love as a human ticking clock, channeling Aubrey Hepburn with a pixie hair 'do. A minute in, Bey' let's her hair down and trades in the bright turtle neck leotards for soft but sexy American Apparel inspired attire -- long sleeve pastel colored shirts and black leggings. With the bat of the eye lashes, Bey' closes the show.
"Countdown," penned by The-Dream, samples Boyz II Men's classic, "Uhh Ahh," of "Cooleyhighharmony." Boyz II Men recently sat down with MTV to share their thoughts on "Countdown." "I thought it was very clever," Wanya Morris told MTV News. "She's a clever artist. She's one of the best in the business right now. I guess you can say we finally got our duet with Beyoncé."
